Holding a Date with Quob Park
We can reserve a provisional date for two weeks after you have visited our venue for a £250 deposit, this amount will only become non-refundable after two weeks have expired. This period allows you time to explore extra accommodation options and make the necessary arrangements for your ceremony.

Booking a Registrar
You are responsible for securing a registrar and ceremony time with a registry office unless you are just having a blessing. Fees are to be paid in full directly to the registry office when making the booking and cover the cost of one certificate. There are no additional charges from Quob Park for hosting your ceremony.

Wedding Package Deposit
(all deposits/payments are non-refundable)

• 25% of the package cost is due to secure the booking, (or £2,500 if greater), unless your booking is less than 12 months before your event date then 50% is due
• 25% of the package cost is due 90 days later (unless this is less than 12 months before your event date or in the same booking year)
• The remaining amount of the package cost is due 6 weeks before the event date plus full payment for any extra day and evenings guests beyond the provisional numbers agreed when initially booked

Planning Meeting
Following payment of Your Wedding Package initial deposit to secure your booking, you will be invited to come for a Formal Planning Meeting around 9 months before Your Wedding. This is key moment when timings, menus, drink selections and a plan for the day will be discussed. Following this meeting, an optional complimentary tasting of your wedding menu and wines can be arranged for the Bride and Groom. At this stage or before you may wish to consider with us other events for the wedding party, including hen nights, spa days, stag dos, or group tours, menu and wine tastings!

Last Month before Your Magical Day
Any balance due for last-minute increases to guest numbers, extra services or events is paid 1 month prior to these events.
