The 2017 Smoked & Uncut Festival’s commenced in style this weekend at The PIG – on the beach in Studland, Dorset and the Vintage Bar Box® luxury horsebox bar was there to join in the fun.
New for this year, the ‘Mark Hix & Friends’ lunch tent served a music-themed meat feast. Mark Hix is teaming up with the likes of Mitch Tonks, Angela Hartnet and James Golding, serving different cuts of Peter Hannan’s Glenarm estate beef and lamb, piled up on wooden boards. Yum!

A food and drink festival like no other, set in the glorious garden overlooking old Harrys Rocks and Studland Bay, guests enjoyed street-food feasting, day-long drinking and dancing like no one was watching during the 2-day festival.
